Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Black Beans and Nigella Sativa

First you must cook the beans and set aside. To prepare the rice, put the rice in a baking dish and lay the chopped sweet potato on top. Season with salt and pepper and then add enough water to raise the level by 1 inch above the sweet potatoes. Cover with foil and bake in a hot preheated 450 degree oven for 50 minutes.
In a skillet put the oil and heat. Add in the onions and the bell pepper and saute for 1/2 minute and then add in the beans and some liquid. Add in enough water to the beans to allow it to cook for a few minutes only.
Add in the rice and sweet potatoes and mix well. Season the entire pot with salt and pepper and add in the sesame seeds, harissa and coriander. Cook for 5 more minutes and make sure the liquid is absorbed. Add in the Nigella sativa oil and mix.
Remove from the stove and enjoy. The onions and green peppers are still a bit crunchy and the sweet potatoes and rice are very soft.
